When this Privacy Notice mentions "Oidom", “we”, “us” or “our” it refers to Oidom which is a brand owned by Oidom Oy.

We do not collect or use “sensitive consumer information”, when ordering service from Oidom directly. If user registers a domain through us, or purchases a paid or a free service, we require user's billing information in order to process the transaction. Billing information may include name, address, telephone number, credit card details, PayPal email address, and other information necessary to process the transaction. Credit card information is not stored in our service, but they can be stored in third party payment gateways, which we use (like Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full credit card number or CVV2; this information is discarded after transaction has been processed.

User can access, update, change or delete personal information (or that of user's End Users) either directly in User account or by contacting us at email@example.com to request the required changes. User can exercise other rights (including deleting User account) by contacting us at the same email address.
User can also elect not to receive marketing communications by changing preferences in User Account or by following the unsubscribe instruction in such communications.
For technical reasons, there is likely to be a delay in deleting personal Information from our systems when user requesting to do so. We also will retain personal Information in order to comply with the law, protect our and others’ rights, resolve disputes or enforce our legal terms or policies.

User is solely responsible for complying with any laws and regulations that apply to collection and use of End Users’ information, including personal information collected about them from us or using Oidom functionality or cookies or similar technologies.
We’re not liable for the relationship User and their End Users have or how user collects and use personal information about their end users (even if user collects it from us or using Oidom functionality or cookies or similar technologies) and we won’t provide user with any legal advice regarding such matters.
The precise periods for which we keep personal information vary depending on the nature of the information and why we need it. Factors we consider in determining these periods include the minimum required retention period prescribed by law or recommended as best practice, the period during which a claim can be made with respect to an agreement or other matter, whether the personal information has been aggregated or pseudonymized, and other relevant criteria. For example, the period we keep email address is connected to how long Account is active, while the period for which we keep a support message is based on how long has passed since the last submission in the thread.
As Users may have a seasonal site or come back to us after an Account becomes inactive, we don’t immediately delete personal information when trial expires or user cancels all paid services. Instead, we keep personal information for a reasonable period of time, so it will be there for user if the user decides to come back.
