How do I add a blog or some news to my site?

From Oidom’s blue sidebar, in addition to pages and sections, you will also find own tab for articles. As you add the first article, Oidom will also automatically create a new page called Articles where all the articles you publish will appear. You can hide this page from the menu or rename it to your liking.

After adding your first article, you can add a list of published articles to your home page, for example, by using the section called Article listing.
