Can I add live chat to my site?

Oidom doesn’t have built-in live chat module. How ever you can add external chat widget to your site easily. For example Tawk.to is a great alternative. It’s easy to setup and manage, here’s how to add it to your Oidom site:

• Sign up to tawk.to
• The tutorial that opens will help you to create your first chat widget
• Copy the widget code
• Go to your site’s editor. On the Settings tab you can find SEO menu. From there you find Tracking tab. Beside tracking codes you can also add more general embed codes to your site, like tawk.to widget. You can add it to every page of your site by adding the code under Global) or limit the visibility by adding the code under Attached to a page title.
